Jeremy Yamamura

Jeremy Yamamura’s project “DOGZZZ” started in early 2000s in the streets of Bordeaux, France.
The characters initially inspired by a simple doodle took on various shapes and forms over time, always spreading a positive fun energy while often giving a social commentary.
In 2006, Jeremy decided to go to Japan where he has been active showing his works in Galleries using various mediums such as paper, canvas, wood boards and animation. In the streets, Jeremy now participates to his local community in Tokyo for which he paints to support small independent businesses and creative people.
Dogzzz have been his best friends and his lifetime propaganda!

ジェレミー・ヤマムラのプロジェクト「DOGZZZ」は、2000年代初頭、フランス・ボルドーの街角で始まりました。
当初はシンプルな落書きから始まったキャラクターは、時を経て様々な形となり、常にポジティブで楽しいエネルギーを撒き散らしながら、社会的な批判を与えてきました。
2006年に来日し、紙、キャンバス、ウッドボード、アニメーションなど様々なメディアを使い、ギャラリーで作品を発表しています。また、現在は、東京のローカルコミュニティに参加し、小規模な独立したビジネスやクリエイティブな人々を支援するために絵を描いています。
犬とは、彼にとって最高の友人であり、生涯のプロパガンダとなっている!
